Who I Am

I’m Eric Roberts, Founder and Principal Consultant at Ardor Spaceworks LLC. I help organizations deliver complex technical programs by combining systems engineering expertise with program leadership and digital engineering methods. In addition to direct client engagements, I also work through independent consulting networks including Catalant, MBO Partners, and Business Talent Group.

With over 15 years of experience leading complex technical programs with NASA, Fortune 500 companies, and startups, I’ve guided teams across the full lifecycle of high-stakes technology development efforts. My expertise spans:

  • Systems Engineering & Integration – leading design, test, and delivery of spacecraft and mobility systems under fixed launch and delivery windows.

  • Program Delivery & Risk Reduction – recovering stalled programs, aligning stakeholders, and navigating tight budgets and timelines.

  • Digital Engineering – building tools and frameworks (MBSE, databases, roadmaps) to accelerate clarity, collaboration, and execution.
